A plain-language summary of how Leverage Jobs works today.

The marketplace

Professionals can browse jobs and apply for free. Companies can post jobs and manage their own applicants for free. Every company is verified and every job is reviewed by Leverage before it appears publicly. Leverage does not guarantee that a job will be approved, filled, or that a candidate will be hired.

Paid and optional services

Recruitment, remote team building, EOR and employment or payroll support, career services and project delivery are optional. Sending a request is not a purchase and does not create an engagement. Fees are agreed with Leverage separately before any service starts. Employment and payroll support depends on the country and on a legal and tax check, and is not promised until Leverage confirms it.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, do not post misleading or unlawful jobs, and do not misuse other people's data. Leverage may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Referrals

A recorded referral is not a promise of payment. Any incentive depends on a verified outcome and on approval by Leverage under its current policy.
