A plain-language summary of how Leverage Jobs handles information today.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, country), the profile and resume you choose to add, the jobs you apply to, and the requests you send to Leverage (recruitment, remote teams, EOR and employment support, career services, projects). Companies provide company details and job postings.

Who can see it

Your resume is stored privately. A company can open a resume only if you applied to one of that company's jobs. If you opt in to talent search, verified companies see your title, skills, country and availability, not your name, contact details or resume, until Leverage introduces you with your consent. Leverage staff who administer the platform can see account and request records needed to run it. Referral partners and employees see only their own referral results, never resumes or contact details.

Referral links

If you arrive through a Leverage referral link, we store a short-lived cookie so that your signup can be credited to the person who referred you. Referral codes are validated by our servers.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to record a referral link. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, replace or remove your resume, change your talent-search visibility and withdraw applications from your dashboard. To ask for your account to be deleted, contact us using the details on the contact page.
